Consultant Advocate

Carol is a consultant and former partner of the Firm. Carol works as a Deputy Commissioner – Litigation Services with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). She has vast experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation. She has been involved in successful public interest litigation and class action cases.

She is also strong on legal drafting, conveyancing, and has over the past 8 years increased her capacity in the field of tax related litigation and arbitration. She previously worked for the Firm of Kioko Munyithya Ngugi & Co. Advocates and Kituo cha Sheria- Kenya’s oldest legal aid organisation. In 2013, Carol was named as Law Society of Kenya’s Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year having immensely contributed her professional services to poor and marginalized Kenyans.
